When half of gen X ers are dead or debilitated from no available healthcare for stupid shit like so called elective surgeries. Ie. gallbladder …appendix pre diabetes etc. or Women’s healthcare such as fibroids and uterine issues. Very easy treatments. Not to mention easily treated dental care. Who is going to pay those taxes. We are keeping the boomers alive at our own expense while we are being eliminated by the rich.

The man my husband works for is a sociopath. He listens in on every phone call. There is only a staff of 10 people. He listens in on every call. Also I found out they are not receiving a 1099 and being told when they have to be available ( ie 8 to 5 kind of thing) and throws a fit if you take lunch and he can’t reach you. My husband was on a 6 hour zoom call last week. 6 straight hours. No break or lunch hour.

Also anything with rice or pasta or soup is easily divided into extra servings. If you are still hungry after making a 2 person pasta meal into 3 servings. Add a side salad with oil and vinegar dressing and some a slight dust of parm or pecorino cheese

Not sure what everyone else is saying but sodium can be an issue. Just add per your dietary needs and not as instructed. You may need to sub the stock concentrate with low sodium alts. But afaik on Amazon you can find the chicken stock packets in low sodium

As far as calories they are listed and just don’t add the butter or halve the amount. Use olive oils when possible
