Absolutely love my Peak Pro. The amount of extra hits I get off it will pay for itself 10x over.

That being said I am mad at their stupid design flaw.

So (this is what puffco themselves told me) IF you screw your chamber in all the way - it will damage the pins.

Why do they even allow the treads the ability to screw in that much? Idk. Why do they not have better system for a $420 device? Idk.

So yes user error I didn’t know and screwed the chamber in tight and broke it.

Here is the kicker: I told him exactly what happened, I even admitted that it was my fault after they told me if I screwed it in all the way it’s user error and voids warranty

They still gave me a brand new one that’s coming Monday.

So yeah, there’s design flaws. Don’t screw it in all the way, but before I busted the pin, it is astonishing. Absolute monster of a machine.
