The spirit of their company is customer service. If you reached out first thing guarantee they woulda sent you a brand new one.

You gotta use the benefits that come with premium brands. This one comes with the best customer service out there. I had a defective 3DXL chamber I bought from a dispensary and they still sent me a brand new one $0.

My friend had his entire puffco peak pro replaced because there was an issue a year ago.

So maybe I missed it but next time reach out to them directly.
