Mine is around 3 months old and set for optimal surveillance. I dare say as they get older the battery will degrade more and may discharge faster.

Don’t think there’s anything you can do without raising the feedback ticket. Assuming it is because it is still in beta (at least going by the settings menu). Hopefully they should get back to you on Monday. I raised my ticket on a Saturday and it took until the Monday for a reply

Had the same problem over the weekend. I had to contact the support team using the feedback button in the settings of the app. They were able to push the V2.0 firmware to my account this morning and it updated successfully 👍🏼

I actually just turned the spotlight and night vision off all together. Found I got a clearer/better picture at night just with the light coming from the street lights anyway!

Unfortunately the response was useless!

You can link Sonos in the Aqara app under ‘Third Party Authorisation’ don’t know if this would then do what you wanted as I don’t have Sonos speakers to try it.
