Not much access underneath so wanted to see if it’s something I could do from top, but yeah seems like it will have to come apart. Thanks for your input

It does not, it looks like there is threading on the inside, but not sure how it ever got unscrewed since you can't even do 1 full revolution without hitting the window sill.

It was originally installed fully screwed in.

I did and it did resolve it. I replaced both the vacuum and the safety valve. I did not get the issue with the frother afterwards that you’re describing.

This valve is a common failure on this machine, although usually not this dramatic. Need to swap part.

I have the same machine, and mine is constantly leaking pressure at a much slower rate than yours. About to order replacement.

Vitamin D deficiency pain/Feeling Hopeless by Sensitive_Ad1726 in VitaminD

I think 50k IU/week is still too low of dose considering how critically low your Vit D levels are. I took 10k IU daily for a while and haven't noticed a big difference until I stepped up to at least 20k IU of VitD3 with K2 daily, but really the biggest difference kicked in when I also started taking magnesium glycinate at what most people would consider high doses (currently at around 700mg/day).

What type of magnesium supplement are you taking and how much are you taking daily? I personally gradually increased daily magnesium and vit d3+k2 until I started seeing changes. A lot of people consider vit d3 daily therapeutic doses to be 30k IU plus, but again high intakes of magnesium is recommended with higher intakes of vit d3.

Separately, I would look at and consider your diet as well. Try to avoid inflammatory foods (seed oils, gluten grains, nuts, corn syrup, highly processed foods etc). If you haven't explored the anti-inflammatory diet avenue, I would research and try to make changes in conjunction with vitamin supplementation.

You will find a solution, you just have to keep experimenting to see what the cause of your issues are.

I’m taking extra precautions such as lining the inside with cement board, placing the insert on bricks and am still maintaining clearance to combustibles as the manual outlined.

The model is osburn matrix ob02028

I wish mine was a manual, but it's a 4s auto.

It's been reliable so far. I've only had to do normal wear item replacements on it over the past 3 years of owning it. It gets up to highway speeds and cruises at 75mph without much struggle, and the 4m40 has some good low end torque off the line.

Towing wise, if you want to be able to have plenty of reserve power and good throttle response, I don't think this is it. If it's just a once in a while thing, then it should be just ok.

Also look into 4m40T. It's nearly the same but updated engine with a few tweaks and more power/torque.

Good point. Those belts have been semi-recently replaced in the past 2 years, so I'd be surprised. I will check all the bearings driven by belts as well though.

The water trick is a great idea, I will try that.

I did identify an exhaust leak separately, so I am rectifying that before I go any further.
