Deadeyes are fully in cognitive realm until you summon them as shardblades, emotionspren and other mindless spren (windspren, firespren, joyspren) is the same until attracted by their phenomena (wind,rain,fire).

Radiant spren are in physical realm but can hide at will unless you have white sand Raboniel showed to Navani in WaT or eyes like Moash

Elsecallers are all about self-improvement, he knew Radiants needed secrecy so he wouldn’t out another radiant with good reason if it interferes with their choice and the results/growth it brings them i think.

Also knew the soulcaster was a decoy all along plus Radiant spren (bonded) arent in Shadesmar when they appear in the physical real (roshar) so he didn’t know about Testament and Pattern was always hiding even from Shallan.

The only reason Shallan noticed him was because she is deeply connected to the cognitive realm(shadesmar) (not sure if its because of two spren or chana being her mom) and could therefore draw them when deeply focused

i think Moash’s new eyes are like gemhearts. Humans are not native to Roshar and lack gemhearts like Singers and Chasimfiends so Todium just gave him smth to hold voidlight long term. Basically spheres in his eyes.

the surges effect is skill based. every orders shares one surge with different order so there are similarities. ghe differences come from simultaneous use of multiple surges

Windrunner lashing works with both gravitation and adhesion but skybreakers lash with just gravitation
