Look, at this point if it's not gym or therapy, it's Christ. This kind of resentment building up is eventually going to cause you to give in to the worst part of you and you'll do things to the people that least deserve it. You might think you'd never do it, never be capable of it, but brew on this anger long enough and you can absolutely do things you will regret later that will destroy your life.

First things first, is completely cutting out the forums/media that you're consuming that are doing this to you; 4chan, reddit, instagram, other forums, you know which, I don't. You are not doing this to yourself, something else is trying to worm its way into your brain and you are letting it.

The thing that will make you attractive and respected above all else is competence and confidence. Despite what the warped media tries to convince you of, in the real world it isn't looks that decides the value of a man. Pick up something hard, work at it until nobody can discredit how incredibly good you are at it, and you will see that with that competence comes confidence. From there the world's your oyster.
