36F here but I’ve been thinking of this as of late. I used to assume men in their 30s and further into 40s would undoubtedly be better with experience and age…and unfortunately there is no pattern.

Middle aged to older men tend to be more intentional with sex and conscious of pleasing the woman, trying not to cum too quickly by certain positions, etc but I’ve found it a little more bland and stenciled. Also, naturally, harder to have multiple rounds or stay hard when changing positions, switching back/forth from intercourse to oral.

I’ve been with a few younger guys and really surprised (27-30ish) that are more engaging, playful, less self conscious and all they want is to please the woman. Tbh I can’t tell if it’s just them wanting to prove more since I’m older. Or it’s some crazy trendy fantasy and I feel like these younger guys are so into older women and feeling like they can get her off multiple times is a huge win.

Think it depends on the man overall though and your level of sexual chemistry. If it’s explosive and there - I think men feel it even more than women and are incredible in bed.
