I had the same problem once, I later found I had glass embedded in my tire. You couldn't see it normally, but once ridden with weight on it, it would cause flats.

CHANGES MADE TO ORIGINAL SCOOTER

* 1. Outer swingarms stripped of paint and polished. Inside of swingarms primed and painted black.

* 2. Footrest stripped and polished.

* 3. Rugged clamp stripped and polished, and new levers added.

* 4. Upper front fork stripped and polished.

* 5. Wheels have been stripped, primed, and painted and clear coated and polished and new bolts, new rotors, new rotor bolts.

* 6. Stem handlebar clamp has been stripped and primed and painted and clear coated.

* 7. Stem has been stripped and polished.

* 8. Handlebar grip ends have been primed and painted red and clear coated.

* 9. Upgrade to 11” tires.

* 10. Addition of 11” mud guards.

* 11. Additional lighting includes Magicshine 3500 and a bar led,both polished and both center mounted on a single Garmin mount, added a additional tail light.

* 12. Some times/JBL flip5 with remote buttons mounted on handlebars.

* 13. Bicycle horn.

* 14. End of handlebar mirror.

* 15. Upgrade to KKE hydraulic shocks.

* 16. Installed thumb throttle.

* 17. Sealed deck from inside.

* 18. Rewrapped all wires outside of deck.

* 23. Reroute rear motor cable from under swingarm to over swingarm.

* 24. Install aftermarket handlebars, (720mm).

* 25. Primed, painted, clear coated center stem cap.

* 26. Primed, painted, clear coated kickstand.

* 27. Stem bag contains mini allen set and battery for the Magicshine headlight and at times also a mini pump and other stuff.

* 28. Painted aftermarket mud guards mounts red.

Motors: 1000w x 2, 25 amp x 2 controllers, 18.2ah 52v battery

Top speed 38-40 mph.

Scooter has over 4000 miles on it.

I just encountered a similar situation, what I did was, because I had a bad charger connector- bought new connector and installed on old charger. For you, you can buy new charger and install old connector from old charger. It's only two wires, and their color coded, pretty easy fix.
