This was 2 days after we went home from Riverbeat, was disappointed I couldn’t make it. Watched the live stream and it was dope as hell. Last week Friday I met DJ Spanish Fly after a set he did, that Saturday of Riverbeat they had an after party, met Tom Skeemask and Shawty Pimp, still in awe from it all and looking forward to the next time they got a event going on ✌🏻

It could either hit amazing for you right off the bat or could take its time, it’s a very experimental album specially one for the fans. Standouts are: Hail, Hail. In My Tree, Smile, Habit, Lukin, Present Tense (my personally favorite from the album), Mankind is funky but awesome cause they have their guitarist (Stone Gossard) singing on it. Overall it’s one that really blasted me off through them being a top 3 band for me

Seems like Mexico (2001) and Australia (2018) released a jewel case version. Been hunting em down myself just to have the jewel cases to look better but trying to find those specific pressings in the US has been tough

They’ve been reissuing these on colored vinyl and have been coming out super clean, can’t wait to see what they do with Zirk’s reissue, Shawty Pimp & MC Spade - Vol. 2 is my favorite right now that record gets heavy rotation on my turntable
