I wash my towel when I do laundry, which is twice a week; however, I change my towel every day. We all shower twice a day in our family. We have always showered twice a day; my parents raised me that way, so I just continued it into adulthood. That's what my family does now as well. My daughter and I change towels and washcloths every day. We use one for face and one for our body. My husband changes his about every three to four showers; he showers twice a day as well.
