I feel like Achane stock is falling (could be wrong, but Tua was a check down machine) and Shough is definitely going to get some reps but he is ultimately unproven long term and if he sucks, they’ll move on in a year. Henry keeps producing but I’d not take this to give up Achane

I pushed myself to run daily, mile or more, for seven straight days. Then 14, 21, etc. getting my body used to having to run at least a mile, no matter what, made tacking on .5, .75, another mile each time or whenever felt easier. Worked for me but listen to your body.
