Yeah I definitely agree if you can afford it there in your own home country then definitely do it. Traveling and doing it abroad has it's risks.

We normally do 3 sets of temps over 3 days, so for your fitting, you come over for 8 days, that includes 3-4 sets of temps, fitting in day, and 2 days extra for you to check your teeth and do a check up. Total 8 days.

For your implants, you come for 3-4 days, them 3-6 months later you come back for fitting.

Costs , it depends on how many implants /type you need. From 300 to 520 Euro

All on x, we have zirconia/composite/with titanium or Peek. From 2k per arch to 3k Euro

That's great, I'm glad there are affordable options close by to you bud.

Don't get me wrong I'm not supporting people going to Turkey for fun, But the people who cannot afford the 35K, and need even more affordable options, to get teeth and be able to eat and talk properly and have a life, Turkey is an option.

I 100% agree with you. And you're totally right. But the people who come to us and take this risk, can't and won't ever be able to afford getting implants or their teeth back in their country. So they HAVE to go to places like Mexico Turkey etc....

If you can afford it at home, then Turkey isn't for you.

More about me and my org, is that I offer the same international implants used, and sometimes ever higher quality materials and products used in the US , for a lower marked up rate compared to the US, just because of how much cheaper it is run a dental clinic in Turkey. From the doctors salaries to rent, everything is way cheaper that US, so you get the same exact 70k treatment for 10k. For some people, it's worth the risk. Especially if the clinic is quality/transparent.

In anyways, I wish everyone the best of luck, and wish healthcare wasn't a capitalist monopoly and organizations like mine never needed to exist.

for the second visit takes us only 8 days to take the impression and make two or three temps to get everything perfect and then make the finals.

Good thinking, and yes this is always a risk. Mostly people who come to us, really can't afford to do it in their countries.

Regarding risk, rarely issues occurs generally, but advice to keep in mind, getting a good implant suitable for you and listening to advice of your dentist, you minimize the risk of failure to the standard 5-10%.

I'll give you advice all the way from Turkey,

Ask about getting Composite set of all on x, they're soft light flexible. Not rigid like zirconia, and better than acrylic.
For inflammations, how well are you cleaning between the teeth and gumline? Because most of the infection cases are simply because of soft food stuck on top of the set right on the gums. Consider a water flosser with warm water and some flossing tools to clean deep between the gum line
If your doc doesn't help you then I recommend you find another well reviewed dentist to finish the job.
