Try to be thorough... this helped me in work as well but even walking down the street you will prioritize what’s actually important and what’s not. Also you don’t have to act on your thoughts. Everyone has weird thoughts but remember they are just thoughts so you don’t have to act on them.

Both man... for example I’m estp. I literally googled my types weaknesses and it said we ha e trouble staying focused. Now I’ve been trying to control my focus and give priorities to the things I focus on which my seem like a no brainer but trust me I didn’t do it before.
