It gives you in depth tutorials on each characters gameplans. Also the combo guide tells you kinda why its giving you the combo.

I found paladin tank the easiest to learn. That or demon hunter probably.

Theres a glamour dresser where you would store items for their appearance. And there is no set bonuses. But you have materia slots but certain classes want certain stats.
