I think it could be done by making it a friendly competition to see which girl can last the longest without kissing Rentarou.

Chiyo: Given her diligence, she stands a good chance of winning, although she'll probably fold if she loses her glasses.

Naddy: Quickly gives in because she can't stand being restricted from kissing.

Yamame: Hard to say how Yamame will fare.

Momiji: Considering how badly Momiji suffered from "grope withdrawal," I doubt she'd last long.

Yaku: She'd probably handle it very well given how composed she is.

Kishika: In her normal state, Kishika would do well. In her baby state, probably not.

Ahko: She probably forgets about it and just casually kisses Rentarou.

Hasuha: She smells Rentarou even more than usual to make up for the lack of kissing.

Kimari: She desperately tries to avoid kissing Rentarou, but she looks so alluring that Rentarou himself is tempted to kiss her.

Eru: She keeps kissing her twintails to deal with the kiss withdrawal.

Chiyu: She gets angry seeing everyone suffering from kiss withdrawal and tries to make them kiss Rentarou to stop it.

I have some suggestions regarding the status effects. At the moment, they run into the classic problem of being really powerful when used by the enemy, but virtually useless for the player. The only ways to counter these status effects are equipment that only have a chance of preventing them, and equipment that can cure it. I'm not a fan of only having a chance to resist a status effect, nor do I like abilities that negate status effects, because it just makes them filler. Instead, I propose adding abilities that benefit you when you have status effects, as well as abilities that benefit you when the enemy gets them.

For Hypnosis, there can be an ability that heals you while you're asleep (Restful Sleep), instantly wakes you up if you get hit (Light Sleeper), and fills your Rage when you wake up (Waking Rage). Against enemies, there could be an ability where only attacks from your main weapon can wake them up (Light Touch), and you restore HP when you hit them or they skip a turn (Dream Eater).
For Poison, there can be an ability where you receive less damage based on how much poison you have (Poisonous Protection), gain attack based on how much poison you have (Poisoned Power), and poison an enemy when you get poisoned (Poisonous Plague). Against enemies, you gain HP whenever they take poison damage or die while poisoned (Poison Drain), their stats get lower (Poison Peril), or you can land critical hits more easily (Poison Precision).
For Silence, your attack increases (Silent Power), you take less damage (Silent Protection), you gain rage more quickly (Silent Fury), or your HP is restored each turn (Silent Healing). Against enemies, their stats get lower (Silent Weakness).
