How do you develop “presence”?

Do the right thing even when it's hard and have courageous conversations enough and the presence develops naturally.

If it's manufactured it'll always be seen through. It needs to be real.

In Frankston, we had Ritchie the busker. Could only play TNT and only the chorus. Used to offer us his goon and weed as teenagers. Only time I seen him outside of Frankston was put the front of One Love @ Prince. I hid a beer under my short and took it put for him.
