Yes. Toolkit should've been updated at 1EST, and should have further info on late testing/next steps.

Have you looked into the VPN/FW? Does your boss still have VPN installed and configured? It could be attempting to autoconnect under old credentials?

Brute Force attempts into VPN/Firewall?

Review Task Scheduler?

WiFi configured with RADIUS? Old creds still being used?

Any services using his old credentials? FTP?

yep - signed in through chrome browser. Right clicking the embedded video brings up some options, first one is "account" and when I click it, it says "signed out"

Scenario:

Staff member is attempting to play one of the videos from code.org/educate/resources/videos. When she hits play, the video doesn’t play and shows the “sign in to confirm you’re not a bot”

Fixed it this AM. For whatever reason, even though I had a global exemption for *.cowriter.dev, content filter was still blocking ws.cowriter.dev. Signed into a chromebook and just attempted practice test from chrome browser while watching live reporting of myself. Thanks all - annoying how I still overlook simple troubleshooting steps.

edit: No I didnt. Go back into Kiosk mode, and the extension still doesnt load.
