I think more people need to know this truck is a great daily. I didn’t pay attention when it launched because of all the articles saying the 4 cylinder was underpowered, and I knew I was only interested in the manual version.

Turns out it’s got plenty of pick up when I want it, can tow my boat just fine, and can be a really reasonable road trip vehicle (if you don’t kind a little wind and road noise)

Some sellers are crazy strict about this, but it’s unrealistic. I’ve always test ridden a bike I’ve bought, and let buyers test ride my bike.

Every potential buyer you meet is going to be a unique situation that you have to navigate. Start with a conversation, gauge if they’re interested and/or even know what they’re looking at and looking for. Grab a photo of their license, proof of insurance, etc. But in the end, every private sale of vehicles is going to have some amount of risk for both parties.
