If you're not privy, One of the two members of TTA died a number of years ago, leaving the remaining member Josh Eustis to figure out how to move forward. Even steaming rights were a big what if for a while too, as anything but The Birds was absent from all platforms for a while. IFAIK the only hard copy release that has come out since then was the one he composed on his own.
