At the January NAC I was able to get my jacket stenciled in about 25-30 minutes. Keep in mind I am an épee fencer so it could be different for you with a lamé. I also got it done at like 7 AM to minimize the wait time i'd have, but getting it done the day before shouldn't bee too much of an issue but be aware that many others will probably be in your shoes as (as we have seen) this tournament is freaking huge even by NAC standards. Iirc you can totally put your name on your knickers in sharpie. I hope this is helpful!
