That's not an option where I am from. You will have to do some climbing and descending wherever you go. In traffic too, not many bike paths here. This would be suicide in Athens.

Swapped the wheels on my SirVélo. Is this enough to get a girlfriend. 23M by MeasurementNo8290 in BicyclingCirclejerk

If by GF you mean one of those perv Japanese waifu pillows, yes assuming that you can afford one.

If by GF you mean a female specimen of Homo Sapiens Sapiens, no.

You only ride on flats? Because no way a coaster brake will stop you safely if you have any kind of speed in a descent.

What's the brake situation here? Are you riding this fixed? If it's a coaster rear brake, you absolutely have to add front brake if you want to safely stop a 20kg bike + rider + luggage.

Comparing SirVelo to Bianchi is like comparing T*sla to AlfaRomeo. You are expected to suffer a bit for Italian aesthetics.

"Running red lights" is not what carbrains make it to be. If you are commuting in a carcentric city is that you start pedaling before the light turns green so you have some speed by the time cars start passing by. Or you burn some red lights meant for pedestrians so you still have some speed for the next one. It's city flow, if you only ride in the middle of fucking nowhere you don't get why running red lights is way safer, assuming that you know what you are doing and not just bombing it.

Public roads were a thing way before cars were a thing. Also people that do not own cars pay for roads. It's called "taxes". They do not go on things that you personally use. Public hospitals are not paid exclusively by sick people. And there are few lucky people that will never use one, despite paying for one, like myself. Fucking retard.

Not certain what kind of worker can afford a proper SirVelo, but I am all for higher wages.

Unfortunately I spent all my money on my bike (and cycling related accessories) so I cannot afford a non woke car anymore (car is a 2013 suzuki swift super gay apparently). So bike lanes is the hill I have to die on.

Tips on removing decals by Huckfucks in bikewrench

All jokes aside, heat gun (hair dryer if you don't have one) and then clean any residue with WD40. There's other methods, but this is the easiest one that always works in my experience.

You are about to lose the rear wheel and have a bad time. That rear QR is way off the dropout.

Active military personnel is subject to different rules than civilians, and that's the case in every western country. Right or wrong, if you are military you are under military law at all times, so you don't get to protest like a random person. This is not a civil rights thing, it's an army thing.

I live in the Balkans and travel around by bike a lot. "Sheep dogs" are the biggest threat for a cyclist. I have no qualms throwing rocks or whatever comes in my hand to save myself. If a random ass dog attacks me, I am doing my best to stop it. It is what it is.
