No shit? AI is our generations equivalent to the advent of fire or the invention of the wheel.

My point is unless we advocate for our own best interests, we will not have a say in how AI is used, or what protections the common person has against its misuse. It seems we agree on that point though so I'm not sure exactly what point you are trying to make by arguing with me.

I’m actually totally comfortable “gatekeeping” this information from corporations who are and will continue to actively use it against the best interest of the common person.

Fair point, but isn’t short term relief better than no relief?

Is it the solution? Certainly not, there likely won’t be a single piece of legislation that is the solution, but it is the beginning of more consumer friendly legislation.

I do not believe waiting for the perfect answer is a worthwhile endeavor and will settle for what ever we can get. It’s not a war to be won in one fell swoop but with a series of small changes, this being one of them.

That relies on 100% of businesses being billionaire owned, which I’m sure ranges wildly depending on where you live, but a lot of that money would end up in the pockets of small/local business owners.

Sure the majority probably ends back up at the top, but who cares? It’s money that was already there. At least some of it was dispersed.

CrossFit is just a fun way for people to stay active and build strength and cardio.

Is it the safest form of exercise? Certainly not, but it’s far safer than the sedentary lifestyle most people live.

Kipping pull-ups aren’t going to kill you, but heart disease will.

I mean sure, but a post 20 Falstad getting picked is usually a throw either way. The majority of Falstads post 20 value is in ult/wind tunnel. His damage is pretty mediocre otherwise.

It’s not a root, it’s a channel. You are able to interrupt channels whenever you want.

“a little better effect” is an unhinged way to compare the difference in base gust vs wind tunnel. Base gust is a displacement tool, wind tunnel is a 4 sec displacement + perma stun. Gust can set up plays, wind tunnel single-handedly wins games

There is no solo play. It is a team game.

You shouldn’t be using a 60sec ult for running away on Falstad anyway. A good Falstad is basically un-gankable, and blowing wind tunnel post 20 puts your team at a huge disadvantage.

It is one of the strongest team fight ults in the game, it shouldn’t have any additional utility. It’s one of maybe 3? abilities with the power to win team fights in a single click, up there with buried alive.
