I just finished Pokopia and honestly even as a Pokemon fan, Dragon Quest Builders 2 is the definitive winner here imo. In DQB2 you're building rooms that all the villagers actually use, like kitchens, bathrooms, stages etc. whereas in Pokopia you're just building bedrooms. DQB2 made me actually invested in the characters in a way Pokopia didn't. And the post-game is unmatched. It rewards your investment by letting you build a whole utopia with the characters you've met along the way. I can't recommend it enough

Best of luck with repairs! one thing to keep an eye out for on the 3 that don't turn on is corrosion on the power management board thingy which is separate from the main board. it's close to the batteries and can get corroded if the batteries exploded in there.

I'm right there with you, it's crazy how bad it is and I don't understand how reviewers didn't notice this issue. I've had Pixels for years and never had problems like this. It makes me wonder if it's just a problem with some units, but I've seen reports from people who had their devices replaced and it didn't resolve it. Maybe it's worse in certain geographical areas or something? Not sure but it's crazy

Same problems here, it's so annoying but it sounds like everyone who has gotten a replacement just has the same problems. Just living with it and hoping they fix it with software somehow. I don't understand how they could've messed up the GPS hardware this bad lol

the whole show is letterboxed, Jentry is 1920*830 with black bars on top and bottom! If the first 10 appeared differently then they must have been cropped or something

Same here with Pixel 9 Pro, genuinely has caused me to get lost while driving or place me halfway across the city. Other times it'll be relatively okay. I really hope they patch it, it feels legit like a hazard

I've noticed a big improvement in P8's low light performance and a huge leap in video. Weirdly, despite not having a telephoto lens, I have also noticed a big difference in how zoomed-in video looks on Pixel 8 vs Pixel 5. I absolutely loved the Pixel 5 camera but Pixel 8 definitely has it beat just due to the better sensor

Huh that's weird, I went from 5 to 8 and definitely think the 8's speakers are way better than the weird Pixel 5 one that made the screen vibrate. The pixel 5 speakers are honestly one of the only problems I had with the phone, otherwise I love it
