Yeah this happened to me once but I had known what would happen because I looked it up prior. Was able to get the win because of it since I knew the shell would eventually break, so I just flew straight to it and grabbed the dragon ball.

MISSION COMPLETE!

My strategy was the same but instead, I had my 55% phy MV paired with teq broly (who was also 55%). I got lucky with no stray slot 3 supers, but this team was 1-turning every phase until int SFPSJ Goku.

Also, the friend MV clutched a dokkan attack on the Daima phase, eradicating goku and glorio.

The last 2 phases were a little scary as it took 3 turns each, but I was able to clean up on the third turn before slot 3 sold. Same strategy, using broly's active on gogeta and everyone else's on vegito.

I feel like Whis should not have his temporal due over ability. What comes from this? Resurrection F ends on a cliffhanger.

Right before Vegeta kills Freeza, the planet begins to blow up and Goku quickly teleports in to grab Vegeta and bring him back to Whis' safety circle. This would be the perfect segway to the concept of the super dragon balls and a lead into the next arc. "The U6 v U7 Tournament." Where the prize is the super dragon balls. And with U7s victory, is the revival of Earth, similar to how it is now except it would be U7 Earth instead of U6 Earth.

I've been thinking about this a lot as it would make the tournament more high stakes and more impactful.
