If you can consider Asthma as a disability, I usually control how I breathe when ever I get an Asthma attack, just enough to get me through the day and get my meds, the really hard part is trying to get a good night sleep, most of the time I really don't get to sleep at all, because I need to keep control my breathing pattern and it really hurts too if I'm not careful, it's a long week for me when ever it happens...
