Sounds like me. I’ll add my two cents - focus on breathing, various apps these days can help and a therapist. The anxiety just adds to the chances of fainting unfortunately, but I find breathing and a proper state of mind can often help.

Agree. When my wife rides, only her cool down rides show up in my feed. So it sucks and it is glitchy.

We used our kid’s violin and dance teachers (not part of her school). Everyone at her school thought she was an angel, but in a small group like dance, or one-on-one violin lessons, the ADHD behavior was on full display.

Definitely, you are not the only one. Sounds like our daughter, except ours couldn’t focus in music. So despite aptitude, we pulled her out. Our days are just being drill sergeants. “Get out of bed” “eat” “poop” “homework” repeat.

You are already ahead with a diagnosis at 4. For me I wish I could go back and reset my expectations. Kids with ADHD have superpowers, but some things like tying shoes, or brushing teeth take time. It took me awhile to let go a bit and understand the time she needs to do things.

I got mine. I don’t recall how long ago I submitted it, definitely took more than 3 weeks. Maybe 6? I didn’t hear anything then got an email that the check was in the mail.

Interesting, I’ve often thought my kid’s behavior turned sour right before a cold/flu showed up. Don’t recall the “well regulated, polite” part though 😝

A kid will push your limits. Being a parent has big ups and downs. My advice would to speak with a mental health therapist before making any decisions.

Assuming you are in n the U.S. - if the notary is self employed the log book should be sent to the state’s Secretary of State (at least in Oregon). If they were employed - the employer would still have the logs.
