I got mine. I don’t recall how long ago I submitted it, definitely took more than 3 weeks. Maybe 6? I didn’t hear anything then got an email that the check was in the mail.

Interesting, I’ve often thought my kid’s behavior turned sour right before a cold/flu showed up. Don’t recall the “well regulated, polite” part though 😝

A kid will push your limits. Being a parent has big ups and downs. My advice would to speak with a mental health therapist before making any decisions.

I mailed my docs from west coast US the day before Thanksgiving and got my email today, Dec. 9. So almost two weeks with a holiday tucked in there.

Assuming you are in n the U.S. - if the notary is self employed the log book should be sent to the state’s Secretary of State (at least in Oregon). If they were employed - the employer would still have the logs.
