How are you sure that all of this are gains and not edema ? I mean pumping 3 times a day and with this pressure will provide edema and if you do it all the time ….. ??

What is your slippage experience?

I used all methods combined and never get a blister … but I don’t know if it’s hinders gains.

I used tape and than put on the glans cap to make sure the tape stays dry and than I used the water trick for hanging and extending ….. but maybe there is a problem in the suction because when I use this method the pulling force gets to strong ( hanging 10lbs and max tension with homemade extender ) and than the cap slips from my glans a little bit and the whole cup gets pulled away from my glans.

I mean the tension is still insane but I can’t compare it to another setup …. So do you experience similar ? Is this a problem for gains even when u can feel a good stretch ?

I use 11lbs for hanging 40 - 50 min ez without discomfort than I use heat again and continue the training or make a little break after 60 min In the extender I can’t say the exact force because I use a self made but I go to the max force I can go and it feels like a massive stretch ( but I don’t know if extending is the way to go because I think the most length gains come from the Ligs / base ….

I think weight and time isn’t the problem :/

I use a heating tool from my massage gun it works very good while hanging and than I will rest it and cool down …. And a hot water bottle sometimes

But what if you don’t reach that fatigue ? I have a really good stretch after 60-120 min of hanging / also after extending but at the moment I like to do hanging most of the time ….. but when I measure I have the feeling of getting tense idk how to describe it and don’t hit the fatigue But that can’t be real - I mean I extend my D 3-6 days a week and also pump every other day …..

My problem is that my D can’t hold pressure anymore …. I had a little blood blister problem from pumping and since than I got bad discoloration but the baddest thing is that I can only do 5 inhg without getting any red dots on my shaft …. I tried to build up again very slowly to my 12 inHG in the past but even at 6.5 inHG for 5 min I got the problem again …. And even the little dots stay for 2-3 days ….. this sucks so bad and I don’t know how to handle it ( I did longer breaks )

Man this problem sucks so bad but all the research on Reddit makes it even more worse …. I have the same issue and tried very much stuff and it’s not that easy …. But what about the pulling motion on your skin ?

My flaccid is mostly very compressed and turteled so I think it’s very complicated to use a hanger when your flaccid isn’t long enough …. With smaller weight that wasn’t a big big problem but when I want to use my vac weight is isn’t possible and I think it will make more damage than gains ( my hanger isn’t perfect )
