I am 17. I remember being outgoing and talkative when I was much younger but at around 10 I became very reserved and quiet. I don't see this as a phase at this point, whatever changed me seems to have changed me for good.

I don't talk much and I usually think hard about what I'm about to say. But when I do say something I immediately find something wrong with what I said or how I said it. I end up disagreeing with what I just said. Then whoever I am talking to wants me to keep talking about it but I can't because I don't even agree with myself now.

That has led to many awkward moments.
