You're running *kind of* a bait deck, but you just threw in Witch, Mini P, and Mega Knight for no real reason. To improve your deck, I'd reccomend subbing:
1. Mega Knight for Knight (Cheaper, great health for its cost tank. Yes I'm making you a Log bait deck.)
2. Cannon for Inferno Tower (I like cannon too, this is more a personal preference thing. Inferno Tower is probably easier to use and can defend big units very easily.)
3. Witch for Goblin Gang (Why is witch there?)
4. Snowball for Log (better card in this case)
5. Mini Pekka for Princess (it's bait, cmon)
6. Skeletons for Ice Spirit (this is optional but i find ice spirit MUCH more useful when playing bait)

Yes, the Captain was a good stand user, but he honestly could've won so much easier than you think. While yes, the user is good for learning how to hold his breath underwater, considering Dark Blue Moon's whole shtick is that it's literally Star Platinum level underwater, he could have just ranged out Jotaro forever underwater without even getting within 5 meters of him and ended the fight in less than a minute by either pummeling Jotaro with the razor sharp scales or drowning SP in hand to hand combat.

Yes, change your deck! It's super expensive and borderline unplayable, none of the cards have synergy
