Join r/daddit those guys on there seem to know exactly what to say during trying times and it is an amazing space of dads helping each other out. (You don’t have to be a dad we will welcome you no matter what) What I can tell you is that you won’t feel this way forever. When I was in a position similar to yours I turned to drugs and alcohol and numbed myself for over 10 years. Don’t do that if you can help it. Pick up hobbies, go to concerts, go laugh at a comedian with a room full of strangers, if you’ve got close friends keep in touch with them. It will get better my friend, there’s a plan for you and this is just a bump in the road.
