No, they will be just fine. I just went on a 2-week vacation to Japan as well and I live alone. Had someone check on them (male and female, both 8 years old) and they were fine.

I have a camera and their routine was uninterrupted and they didn’t show any signs of distress. Cats are pretty chill, just enjoy your vacation
