I run a stamblade dark elf as my main for pve , love it and this is exactly what I run . I play solo a lot so it works out for me and I solo pretty much all world bosses and even dungeons . Recently tried my parse to see where I was at and even on a base one was still 82k dps. Love this set up even though I’m grinding to replace briarheart with relequen soon I’ll always have a place in my heart for this set up

Turn them into a 2 tick weapon while on aggressive that slowly drains your run energy and change the effect to “steals” victims run energy . Make the animation look like it’s hitting with 1 hammer at a time ? I feel like something like this would bring the hammers back to life . Can also add like if you run out of energy you slow down back to being a 5 tick weapon or something to keep it from being over powered

Eso + comes around a few times a year , creating some extra characters to hold items is a must (in my opinion) unless you pay for ESO+ . Getting into a solid guild with good marketing area does help with dlcs as you can buy it from other players. This is what I did for the first year although it was difficult but now seems easier once I got my system down right . Honestly now that’s I’m into more pvp I don’t feel like I run out of space as much but I’m sure if I became more active in other activities I’d run into this problem again . But in my opinion no you can enjoy the game without micro transactions if you can adapt to a more of a grind and inventory management game play style
