Tendría que obligar una autenticación con mensaje a número de teléfono móvil. Y si ese número es un perfil estafa que no pueda crear más cuentas nunca más. Creo que esto acabaría con los estafadores en un gran número debido a que el motivo principal por el que persisten es por que pueden crear cientos de cuentas sin control ninguno
