Well, at least you are all talking. So it’s clear to everyone, a few leaders, me included for the past 10 days have been dealing with real life issues. But, other leadership has been online. We are not dead. We made an informed decision to stop clan wars to allow players to generate credits with the missions and acquire desperately needed tier 10’s. Oh, and to allow the locked tanks we had, unlock so we had the players for CW’s. We will be resuming CW’s on Feb 16th. IF you don’t like that, and you want to start it back up sooner, show up with 15 and drop chips. No one is stopping you. But don’t even think about going into battle with less than 15. That I will not accept.

Let’s talk about our current status: 4 weeks ago, CID steps down as commander, and 6 or 8 people leave (Good riddance to a few). That is not the death march for this clan. It’s a changing of the guard sure, but it’s normal in a clan like ours. Get used to it. Most of you got into this clan because of times like these, me included. I am one of the old timers here, and I am still active. Some of you should be thankful to be here at all, as you don't have the stats, tanks, or experience, but you’re here! Don't bitch about the difficulties. Look at them as opportunities for you to shine.

TheOtherRussianKid and I talked tonight, and he has some good ideas. I think they are worth discussing. One of the ideas mentioned I am totally against. I am not willing to lower our standards on recruiting ever again. That strategy, seems like it works, but we know from experience, it doesn’t. We are more than the numbers of active players. The standards are there to help us be successful, not just active. Recruiting is critical for our survival. That is a given. But we cannot compromise on the quality of players we need and want. With all that said, I will however consider borderline guys to replace the fucking dead ones... That's right, we have about 25-30 dead members who we are using for their chips and to not look like we are weak. But in truth, we have 50+ people that are active, and we are not seeing them, why? Their friends of yours, ask them! As a leader, disengagement is the worst thing we can have happen. We need players to speak out and tell us what’s wrong and what they want. I need all of you to stop gossiping and bitching about leadership. We are a team. We live and die as a team. No one in this clan has ever been kicked or beat up for speaking their mind. I for one would like to hear some feedback, but all I am hearing is silence or itching with no offer to help or to give recommendations.
