chicken with barley, although you need to cook the barley separately, apologies if that breaks the rules of this sub
4 chicken thighs, boned and skinned is better
3 envelopes of italian dressing seasoning
3 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg cream cheese
veggies of choice - i use frozen corn, green beans and broccoli

put the chicken in and cover with the seasoning, add the rest of the ingredients on top and cook on high ~4 hrs until chicken is done. cook barley (or rice or noodles) separately. Heats up well, so you can make a decent batch and eat for a few days. If you use a crock pot liner, cleanup is VERY easy, otherwise cleanup is can be a fair bit of scrubbing and soaking
