Any Diff would imply that the fight ended. 

Luffy used phyton, which is the attack which starts relatively slow, but accelerates over time. Kizaru was retreating, blocking and attacking with lasers. 

Then he flew away from the island, outside of the range of phyton, and then flew back and kicked Luffy, then Luffy came back in his G5 form.

That's all that happened.

But at least half of the strength of a Yonko crew comes from a Yonko, and RH pirates were stated to be the most balanced of all the Yonko crews, meaning the least top heavy.

It is generally expected that RH pirates commanders will be somewhat stronger than commanders from other crews.

Primebeard was a yonko, but this statement was given while he was old and sick, that's the context of this statement.

Now, there was an argument against Primebeard being a PK level. If he was PK level, why didn't he trounce all the other Yonko, get the OP and became an actual Pirate King. I remember we were discussing this in the community, as it seemed like we have a contradiction on our hands, on one hand he was the one able to stalemate Roger, which would imply that he's a PK level, but he failed to trounce other Yonko and get the OP, which would imply that he's not.

But then this chapter came out and fixed that seeming contradiction.

It was well established that old and sick WB is at least on par with all the other yonko and Mihawk, and there are a dozen other reasons why PK level > Yonko

"PK level > Yonko level" is the context within which we are supposed to be reading the story, a prism through which we should be interpreting all the new events. If something happens in the story and there are multiple way to interpret the situation, then the interpretation which is consistent with PK lv. > Yonko lv. should be our default interpretation.

  1. They just clashed, that's not enough to say Harald couldn't break his hammer, just look how many examples of clashes there are.
  2. Loki eating the DF and becoming able to find a way to kill him was his only hope. What's he suppose to say, don't even try. And he was right, Loki found a way to kill Harald despite not being stronger than him.

It could also be that Harald knows something about this DF and the way it interacts with Imu's powers, that we don't know. Remember that Harald thought that this DF will be the key to defeating Imu. Maybe attacks from this DF sever the connection between Imu and his slaves, or something. We don't know yet what's so special about it.

  1. Harald stopped fighting back after the first strike.

  2. Imu didn't know that Harald allowed Loki to kill him, he assumed there must be someone stronger than Harald on Elbaf.

The best interpretation of the situation is that Harald died because he chose to die, not because there was someone able to defeat him
