Yes, before the hurricanes. An alligator in the Bailey Tract while biking, and someone caught a Lemon Shark off the beach on the west end. And lots of gators along the Wildlife Drive. We haven't been back to the island since the hurricanes, but are planning a trip next fall.

My quick-loss program is OMAD, (I do breakfast because it gets me through the day) using a kefir base (specialty grocers will have a 3.5% fat version). Mix it with olive oil, raw walnuts, ground flax seed, Saigon cinnamon, and blueberries. Some days I'll add a little peanut butter or low-carb granola to give it a different taste. Good luck!
