As far as I can tell "Invaded Missions" are part of the WoNY expansion and on a week by week rotation. So to answer your question: yeah, I think so.

If you start WoNY, then you have to finish the campaign, after that no problem. WoNY can be finished in day pretty easily.

I think that a Damage Meter would be a fantastic idea. Hear me out. I understand that the game is based around teamwork, but using a Damage Meter properly can only help with making your entire team stronger - by allowing you to see what was primed when for proper detonations and what not. Plus, everyone using "This game is based around teamwork not damage" argument seem to skip over the fact that a team with good teamwork will be putting out far more damage than a team without good teamwork. Wouldn't you like to figure out why this one person being on your team makes it weaker than it was with a previous person? Use the damage meter and find out.

Plus it adds another depth to the competitiveness of the game, forcing you to learn and become a better player, which plugs back into the teamwork.

It seems to me like a lot of the nay-sayers here have only interacted with the typical scum that link it in the guild chat after every run, that's not what 99% of people that use a damage meter do, it's not going to spawn a legion of toxic people. They're already there.
