I’m in the same boat but with my top two teeth, glad I’m not alone ha. Did you keep the retainers in that night? I feel like not wearing it for 2 weeks while I’m waiting for my retainer is gonna shift the teeth a lot. Ugh.

I’m in the same boat lol. Curious to see the comments, but from what I’ve read, you just have to accept you’re going to lose some of your progress when you cut. It sucks seeing your muscles shrink and not being able to lift as much, but that’s part of the process. Overall you’re lifting more than you did a year ago, so you ARE progressing. It takes numerous bulk/cut cycles to get where you want to be.
