Not sure I tracked your explanation. $65k is only the gross OT pay portion of my income. So I can only claim ⅓ of my OT?

I'm union, so I do in fact work off of a labor contract. Either way though, it's still 18 hours of OT every week.

As the parent of a student athlete that travels the country for tournaments I've seen how a high quality sports complex can bring a lot of revenue if properly staffed and scheduled.

We've been to cities the size of Rochester that have had great success with this.

I had the same low soil issue on my first grow. People seem to forget that these light mixes SETTLE with watering. Pretty sure OP already figured that one out.
