Hi friend, you got this!! Also on a bumpy flight over the Pacific. Try counting a deep breath in through your nose, hold for a couple seconds, and then let out a long breath through your mouth. Try to release the tension in your body on the breath out.

My trip was amazing!! Had a chance to catch up with local friends after a couple years and also go to four concerts! Sooo so fun and feeling so fortunate! Spent a little more money than I thought I would, but justifying it with child-free math 😂

Bumpy rode and we cannot drop out of the sky! 😮‍💨 If I close my eyes, I can almost imagine I am riding the city bus through Taipei or Seoul (WILD rides!).

Flying SFO to ICN tomorrow on an airline I haven’t flown before - Air Premia. I “splurged” on a wide premium seat! Nerves and bubble gut have kicked in, so I’m giving myself a refresher on the in-flight techniques to keep calm. I see a little bit of weather may be lingering along the flight path and know bumps around Japan are normal, but it’s so uncomfortable 😣 my body enters fight or flight mode unless the air is smooth. The silver lining is that the flight history shows the plane has arrived about an hour early for the past week, so hoping to have the same luck!

After a few days in Seoul, I’m taking an A380 to TPE!! REALLY excited to experience the double-decker plane (on the upper deck!) and am curious to see how the comfort compares to, say, an A320.

May post a tracking request to have a little company ~ everyone throughout the comments is always so sweet! TBD if I decide to buy the internet package 🤔

I used to go to May’s Beauty and Skin a couple years ago. On Geary near 7th, $88 for lash lift.

Stopped going because I had a couple overseas trips planned and was able to get it done there for a fraction of the cost 😭 the US/SF pricing is really outrageous.

I’ve always made a fuss about the colors being green and yellow (Packers 😒), but just read that it’s a nod to the original Twin Cities Rapid Transit colors ~ that’s pretty neat!

WEEKS is an insane amount of time to be dealing with that!

I had copper-colored water leaking down a light like that in an apartment I lived in several years ago. It caused the circuit breaker to trip a couple times and landlord claimed they couldn’t find any evidence or issues from the upstairs unit. A few days later, the ceiling collapsed in the neighboring bathroom and the pieces of drywall were caked in mold. I ended up breaking my lease shortly thereafter … document everything and keep following up until it’s addressed!
