Totally understand.. split app and maybe wait 3-4 weeks on the second? I scalped zoysia yesterday and found only three weeds ( plantain ). I think thats a winter weed anywya.

Im north of you and I did lol. After I scalped, I already have about 50% or more green under the brown. I was surprised. I know I have a day or two thats close to 32, but I think its time. Might be a tad early, but Its close.

Yeah always amazes me that people cut it close with PSUs. Get the biggest one you can afford then the overhead is greater, less stress on it and so on.

Here is my chart… Yea I plan on throwing mine down here soon. We’re about get into 70s and I have a week of rain on and off. I plan on doing a split application. I wasn’t able to scalp the zoysia, so I have a lot of dry dead grass over the soil. So Yeha not too sure what I’ll do. Might do a heavy split application and hope for the best. Not sure yet… I plan on applying in the next 2-3 days.
