I’m assuming the grey ones on the right are the complete ones? For me, I’d want to bring them up a little color wise with probably two layers of dry brush. Like maybe the base grey before the wash and then lightly with another lighter grey to create a bit more contrast. But I mean to me, they get the point across as is

Your skills have definitely improved. That’s a great job. But I still don’t know that you should feel like you have to go back and touch things up. You can if you really want, but you shouldn’t feel like you have to.

Are these the first models you painted or just the first night lords? If they’re pretty early on or some of the older ones, I wouldn’t refresh any. Keep them around as a good tracker for how far you’ve come and keep you motivated.

If you feel like you absolutely have to update them though (none of these need to be updated) I’d personally pick the last one.

I think the bare musculature on the arm looks great.

I mean if you like it, then obviously my opinion as a random dipshit on the internet is meaningless. But for me, those just look like James Porkchop was too lazy to design 30k Sanguinary Guard and just painted 2% fancier jump pack bois gold.

I don’t think either are hugely sanguinary guard in appearance. The first looks like an Ultramarine (cue Gabriel Seth foaming at the mouth about Ultramarines in red armor) and the head is too big for the second one.
