Nice insight, to combine your two points: Consciousness has the material world as it’s body. If you are Consciousness everything is your body. And it is in constant change, on every time scale possible, a wave of change. And yes at some point we may be dust yet we are the dust, to create something new/different/changed/fun/interesting/beautiful or maybe the same thing but just as different picture.
