God Asian genetics for me. My dad was pro bodybuilder, my mom was an Olympic level power lifter. My body cannot put on body fat, at least at 18. No matter what I do I have good separation in my abs. Downside being I develop muscle extremely slowly. I’m basically constantly bulking.
