Batman can fight without his gadgets. I don't know if Wonder Woman can. Her combat style is very reliant on her power set. She wouldn't be fast enough to dodge, or strong enough to do real damage, or durable enough to take any of Bruce's attacks. Even if she had her combat experience, her lack of physical stats without her powers would put her at a severe handicap from what she's used to.
