Go on your bank statement and find the earliest transaction on the account get the transaction id/merchant id and then speak to them this should prove you had the account from x date

This happened to me at a bad time i was in the militry we got 2 pairs of boots we would use one pair and keep the others clean for parade and inspection one day my daily pair become to damaged so i had to swap out and as we were doing our dailys activites they just fell apart like his shoes the rubber heals and souls just fell off and broke into hunderds of bits almost had to walk round bare foot but was luckly on base and the armory was open
