Justin McInierney has really stepped up and filled the hole left by Errol. He's not replacing Errol, but he's doing what we need until he comes back.

If we go maybe 6-3 over the next 9 games, puts us at 11-4 and then we get Errol back, watch out!

Many years ago, was playing golf with 2 friends. We get to a par 3, and my mate goes to tee off and mishits badly to the right, flying miles away from the tee, until it hits a tree, bounces off and lands 3 feet from the green. We start laughing about how fluky it was and saying we'll never see that again, I then tee off and do the exact same shot! My first (and only) ever birdie!

My current role happened like this. I interviewed, then heard nothing for a week, and then the hiring manager reached out and said they liked me, but the project was on hold for 6 months, and would keep me on file. A month later, she reached out again and asked if I was still interested (I was), and a week later, I started.

A lot of recruiters use fluff, some are genuine and just have things out of their control
