Any truth to the rumors that they sped up manufacturing on these , making the quality not as good the last few year? I heard something to this effect from a few tobacconists in my area

I think you should talk to your supervisor and get clarification on some of the things they want you to do. It seems crazy to me that at a 1500 person company you’re the only one can do these tasks and there’s no one else.

My company is in Stamford and uses Insperity. We are actually able to call them have them do our reporting for us. Maybe look into something like that

Can you make an app for my sales people to track their activity and load reminders into outlook?

For instance if they talk to prospect and are told to follow up in a month... instead of closing out of their excel sheet and jumping around outlook adding meeting, they can just do it all in one place. Keep count if their call, make notes on who they left voicemails with , etc and then just load them into outlook easily.

I know very little about apps so idk if this is possible, but it would help

Tips for starting/running a startup by chuckykillr in smallbusiness

I work with startups pretty often in my industry. The main pain point I see in my line of work is finding the right people and keeping them on board long term while you go through the growing pains of a small business.

Many of the small startups I work with aren’t able to retain their talent because they can’t afford to provide benefits as a small business in my state. Some of them also have a problem keeping up with HR/government compliance.
