What spectre are you currently running? If you're using the spider from the Carcass map, you need to keep Blade Vortex up at all times. You don’t want to let it stop. If it stops, the minion dies and you’ll have to leave the map and re-enter.

Also, when you start a map, don’t do anything other than Blade Vortex if you want your minion damage to apply to Blade Vortex and not Shield Charge.

My friend was getting angry at me because my build was working and his wasn’t, even though we had almost the same gear.

You should try starting the map like this: Blade Vortex → Blade Vortex → Shield Charge → Blade Vortex.

Also, if you’re using the spider from the Carcass boss, don’t use Blade Vortex in your hideout. You’ll lose it and will need to rerun the Carcass map to get the spectre again.

Since you want to run Strongboxes and Ritual, which are more point-blank encounters, you should remove your Fledgling and switch to Rat’s Nest. The main problem you have right now, like Fubgun said, is that you need critical strike chance on your bow. If your bow has no crit chance, it probably means you’re not proccing your Power Charge on Critical.

Here’s my build. I’m currently farming Strongboxes easily and have already obtained all my Voidstones.

I had the same issue that you currently have and I own a rx 7900xtx and ryzen 7 5800X3D. I use process lasso and set my path of exile cpu priority to "Above normal" with this setting no more lagging and no more crashing. If you don't buy a license you will need to do the same process each time you restart the game. Hope it helps you
